If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply give us a call within 24 hours and we will resend the crew to touch up any areas that were missed. There is no additional cost to you. We appreciate the feedback when we do not meet our customer’s expectations, and we treat it as a teaching moment.
Absolutely! Many of our customers are not there when we clean their homes. You can provide the office with a key to your home, or with a security code. Your key is coded and secured in a lock safe when it is not in use. And your security code is only shared with the supervisor who cleans your home. Just call the office to arrange.
Yes, we are. We have a $2,000,000 liability policy on our business. In addition, since our cleaning professionals are employees and not contractors, they are covered by Washington State L&I should an injury to them occur in your home or on your property.
